Introduction
According to
its dynamic international activity, ABRE – Brazilian Packaging
Association, has diagnosed an increasing interest
of foreign countries in the Brazilian raw material, packaging products and
equipment. This fact drove the Association to create the Export Committee.
The
International Commerce Committe aims to
introduce packaging in the international agenda of
Brazil, to stimulate and to guide members to export, and at
the same time, to promote its members and products in the international
markets.
The Committee already counts on a significant group of
participants and has been achieving its
goals
through some important initiatives, for example the accomplishment of a
research among its members to learn which are the companies that already
export, which
kind
of product and its destination and through the accomplishment of workshops
about how to export.
