With the purpose of meeting the needs of
the entire packaging chain, in 2000 it was created the GPE
– the Packaging Professionals Group, which has the
goal of gathering packaging professionals that will act
directly or indirectly in the sector.

seeking to inform, update and integrate the members
of the group |

domestic and foreign, in order to establish relationships
seeking the discussion of issues interesting for the
group. |

in order to be able to develop professional and market
improvement strategies. |
In order to assist the advertising
of professionals in the packaging sector that are seeking
new challenges, the GPE launched the GPE Jobs, a bi-monthly
leaflet that introduces mini resumes of the professionals,
which is sent to a mailing of 8,000 names with the ABRENEWS,
and still remaining available at the association’s web
site (only in Portuguese).
